Nissan X-Trail FCV (fuel cell vehicle) is an electric car powered by electric current created in a hydrogen fuel cell stack. The electricity is generated by a chemical reaction between the hydrogen, stored in a high pressure tank (700 bar), and oxygen. The result is electric current and water so there are no CO2 emissions.
